Due to continued growth & development of the business, a new role has been created for a Management Accountant to support the FC and the Board. Reporting to the FC, your duties will be interesting, varied and develop as you work to develop and improve existing processes and procedures. Your initial duties will include, but not be limited to:-
- Fully ownership of the monthly management reporting pack & process
- Developing the commercial reporting by further developing the partnering with other departments including production, operation & sales
- Supervision of a small, clerical finance team
- Review and ongoing improvement of processes
- Maintenance of the balance sheet
- Assisting with currency and FX issues
This is just a starting point and a proven, commercial and inquisitive professional will be recognised and develop. The successful candidate will be a Management Accountant and experience in a manufacturing environment will be essential - as will your analytical and communication skills. You will also be clearly able to exhibit a commitment to continuous improvement. Ideally you will be Qualified, but quality is the key and if you are a late stage studier, or qualified by experience with the necessary skills and experience, please apply now.
