About the Role:

Branch Services carries out many centralised tasks; this results in data being gathered from the branches, which is then reported to the Board, Directors, Regional Managers, Branch Ops Managers and regulated authorities. In addition to this Branch Services offers support to the branches to provide information, data and legislative and regulatory information to assist in their day-to-day activities.

The ability to multi-skill is an essential requirement as many tasks are essential daily tasks and/or an immediate response is required.

The jobholder will endeavour to treat the customers of CMF fairly and according to the company’s policies, procedures and guidelines.

The jobholder will carry out their duties with regards to the Companies strategies, policies and procedures with full regard for equal opportunities, health and safety requirements and legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer telephone enquiries and General Administration tasks:

HPI React
Due date changes – as required.
Telephone and e-mail enquiries from customers, Dealers and branches together with any follow-up action required – when fully competent on tasks.

Dealer set up and associated administration:

Dealer on-boarding to include checking documentary proof of FCA Licence and set up on the Showroom system..

Monitoring, Litigation, and associated administration:

Bank of England Sanctions checks
Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
Gain an understanding of and undertake Completion of Data SARs Right to be forgotten, Opt out enquiries processed in line with GDPR
Handling right of withdrawal queries and settlements

Monitoring, reporting and associated administration:

Handling and responding to post; preparing banking when required
Monthly tasks as allocated
Any other adhoc tasks as required by the business.

Risk & Compliance:

Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
About you

Skills & Experience

Essential

Candidate must be highly organised, enthusiastic, someone who is willing to learn and develop, is flexible and that can cope well in a high pressured environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi task is essential for this role and you will be able to work well as part of a team and on your own.
Ability to concentrate on task for long periods of time and work to strict deadlines.
Excellent telephone manner, attention to detail and well organised.

Desirable

Awareness / understanding of personal responsibilities with regards GDPR and importance of protecting PII

Education & Qualifications

Essential

Candidates must have GCSE English and Maths grade of C and above.
