Finance Assistant

Accounts Assistant £18k + bonus Ashby, Global Company

We are looking for an accounts assistant to join a global company with a great working environment

You will be working in a small but busy team and will be involved with the following:

Production of Balance Sheet Reconciliations – To include Journal Postings for Divisions
Management Account Accruals and Reconciliations
Liaising with Shared Service Centre with Queries
Assisting in External Audit, Internal Control and Business Compliance
Networking Capital Monitoring and Reporting for Branches
Assisting in Month End Reporting
Dealing with District Queries and Purchase Order and Invoice
Monitoring
Finance Ad Hoc Duties

There may be cccasional travel required to Divisional Sites

So, what would we like from you ?

·AAT Qualified/Student

·Minimum C in Math, English and Science

·Minimum 2 Years’ experience in Finance Related Role

·A team player with good communication skills

·Accurate and pays attention to detail

·An organised, proactive and ambitious person

·Excellent IT Skills, proficient especially in excel

·SAP experience would be a benefit but not essential
