We are very excited in helping a newly formed organisation in recruiting a Part Time Finance Manager to join the team. Based in the heart of Brighton City Centre, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and management, at the same time looking after all the to day transactions across the business.

  • Processing and submitting company payroll
  • Bank Reconciliations- Xero knowledge would be highly desirable
  • Monthly financial reporting, quarterly/annual forecasting
  • Prepare annual accounts, VAT Return- making sure all documents are entered sufficiently
  • Assisting the director on all ad hoc duties

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills is vital
  • Proactive, determined and focused individual- willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • AAT Qualified or equivalent
  • Experience using XERO
