Our client are a leading distributor in the UK in their field, they have relationships with suppliers and clients alike across the UK.

If you are looking to join a friendly team that will offer ongoing training and support then this will be the role for you.

The duties and responsibilities include:

• Allocating cash and cheque payments to the sales ledger accounts.
• Reviewing the Aged Debt report regularly for overdue accounts.
• Pro-actively work with other departments to resolve invoice queries before they impact cash collection.
• Have a friendly customer service focused approach to chasing any outstanding payments on a client account.
• Set up new customer accounts.
• Be happy to support other teams within finance to cover holidays and absence.
