Legal Cashier - Swindon

We are currently working with a top law firm who are now seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join and lead the cashiering team!

Cashiering experience is crucial to be considered for this job as well as knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules and VAT regulations. The ideal candidate should be a natural enthusiastic team motivator who likes setting goals. You must be MS Office literate and be self-motivated.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Managing and providing support to the cashier team
• Setting targets and goals for both the team and individuals
• Create a rapport with the Firms bankers
• Review COFA
• Ensuring residual balances are being dealt with
• Monitor inter-bank account transfers and money market accounts
• Ensure any material breaches are reported to the COFA and making sure any potential breaches are being dealt with efficiently
