Description

The right Finance Manager will possess a combination of analytical and conceptual problem solving skills, commercial and financial acumen, and strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.

As the Finance Manager, you will work closely within your team, building relationships and assisting the Senior Managers and Heads of Departments to deliver successful projects.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of interesting, complex projects working with a talented and diverse team. The role requires an analytically-minded individual who thrives on driving change for the right reasons in a multinational business.

Profile

You will be able:

A Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA

Have strong, demonstrable, financial acumen

Strong stakeholder management; you will be able to manage a range of stakeholders from operational managers to executives.

Composure to work in a high profile team

Previous consulting / business improvement experience in a large multi-national

Coaching of team members desirable.

Job Offer

£60k - £70k + Car Allowance & Bonus. Excellent benefits package.
