Becoming a Senior Customer Complaint Handler:

You'll be joining us at the start of an exciting new partnership, playing a pivotal role in resolving customer's financial compensation claims. This is a superb opportunity to work in a customer facing role with a great purpose, doing the right thing by the customer. What you will do:

• Show genuine empathy and understanding
• Managing complex cases end to end
• Take full ownership of your case load, managing your own diary
• Investigate, review and reach a fair decision
• Calculate any redress
• Communicate openly and effectively with the customer (both over the phone and in writing)

Your experience will include:

• Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills with the ability to empathise with customers
• Confident and articulate communicator (both verbal and written)
• Keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Financial services experience in either PPI, banking, investments, mortgages, pensions or insurance
• Any relevant Financial qualification/accreditation would be an advantage
