Commercial Insurance Account Handler

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading growing insurance brokerage as Commercial Insurance Account Handler dealing with Commercial liability and contract workers with clients and insurance brokers.

The role will be in the existing business team with your main function being to service existing book of commercial clients.

Dealing with for example: -

  • Claims
  • Midterm adjustments
  • Premiums
  • Customer queries
  • Policies
  • Taking payments

Skills required

  • Previous experience in a commercial broking role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is essential
