We have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Specialist who is looking for a Part Time Role (3-4 days a week (930-3pm) to join a International Software Company based in Northampton. You would be part of EMEA Payroll team.

The Payroll Specialist will work alongside another payroll team member and is jointly responsible for processing of all the EMEA Payrolls in this combined role. A preference would be given to candidates with fluency in a European language (French, Spanish, German, Swedish) but not essential.

The Payroll Specialist will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously to agreed deadlines and support other member of the Payroll function. Attention to detail is highly important and a structured methodical approach is necessary.

Successful Payroll Specialist must have the maturity and ability to work on their own initiative in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both employees and external providers.
