Vehicle Creditor - Finance Centre, Sunderland



Role Requirements

Perform assigned Finance Centre Vehicle purchase ledger transaction processing activities in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

Invoice and Expense Processing of Vehicles and Payment

* Scan invoices/credit notes into Kerridge ready for processing

* Check validity/completeness of invoices/credit notes

* Preparation and posting of Vehicle supplier payments on a timely basis

* Investigate and resolve payment issues

* Prepare reconciliations of vendor statements to ledgers

General

* Month end tasks

* Ensure unallocated payments are kept to a minimum

* Contribute to process improvement initiatives

* Reconciliation of new vehicle stock to manufacturer statement

Experience required

* Experience of working in a busy administration environment preferred

* Strong Customer 1st focus

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Able to interact effectively with others

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Process orientated mindset

* Good working knowledge of Excel

* Ability to meet deadlines and to work autonomously and as part of a team

* Kerridge knowledge preferable but not essential

* Motor Trade vehicle administration experience also preferable but not essential
