Finance Manager

Hands on Finance Manager role has come available for an SME based in South Manchester.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running the finance function

• Production of journals
• Bank reconciliations
• Online banking and supplier payments
• Foreign currency transactions using online portals and foreign exchanges
• Importing/exporting procedures including duty and VAT
• EC Sales List
• Cash flow forecasting
• Costing and sales analysis
• Monthly management accounts production
• ¼ VAT returns and online submission
• Monthly and year end procedures
• Company payroll
• HMRC Tax/NI payments and Year End Payroll Procedures

This is a superb role for someone looking for a varied long term role where they can be involved in all aspects of the accounts and assist the Directors.
Knowledge of Sage is beneficial along with strong Excel skills
An immediate start would be advantageous
