Job Title: Payroll Manager (BAND 7- 8a)

The Maximum Daily Pay Rate: £171 PAYE / £214 Umbrella
Location: Guildford - Surrey
IR35 Status: Inside
Contract Length: 6 months to be extended
Your New Role:
You'll take responsibility for the operational and staff management of the Payroll Team, handling the changes for 3500 monthly paid staff. You'll work with the Head of HR Services to develop the Payroll Team to provide a high quality, comprehensive and cost effective administration service for the Trust. You'll ensure procedures and controls are in place to enable provision of an accurate payroll service that meets the required deadlines. You will organise and prioritise own workload ensuring strict deadlines are adhered to, be responsible for a section of monthly payroll records and process these on a day to day basis and ensure the timely and accurate payment of salaries.
What you need to succeed..
You will be educated to a degree level or equivalent and you will have over 5 years' senior experience at a Payroll or in depth IT role. You will also have strong NHS rules and regulations knowledge.
