Background
The NHS division is now seeking to appoint an interim finance/procurement specialist to support the Interim Finance Associate and the Corporate Services team to deliver the day to day financial and procurement services, providing financial support and advice to ensure that the operational plan is in line with the financial budgets.
The role:
The key responsibilities of the role are:
* Produce income invoices
* Deliver the day to day operational processing of the Procurement system
* Manage the recording and processing of purchase invoices
* Producing monthly financial reporting information,
* Working with the budget holders to manage their budgets on a monthly basis
* Support the Interim Finance Associate on finance and procurement matters
* Managing Affiliates database and undertaking IR35 assessments
* Maintaining Contracts log
* Ad-hoc duties as directed
* General admin tasks
Main Working Relationships
The main working relationships for the Interim Finance and Procurement Support Officer will be:
* Interim Finance Associate
* Associate Director Governance, Policy and Corporate Affairs
* Corporate Services Manager
* Corporate Services Team
* Budget managers
* Finance and Procurement team
