We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join a successful company based in New Milton. This organisation current has 4 people in the team and are looking for the 5th!
This company specialise in repeat business and Re-Deals; therefore, no pushy sales is involved. The leads are provided (customers who are coming up to renewal) and its your job to simply call, question, advise and renew. Its extremely high volume as the company has been going for a long time.
You’ll be helping people find and apply for the right mortgage by going out to the entire market and make sure they are fully informed about what’s available along the way. Once the deal is closed, all admin is completed by the administrator.
They are looking for someone who is looking for a better work life balance/to step away from a big corporate office. This position would also suit someone who has recently qualified who has good general admin and customer service skills.
What you need to succeed?
• CEMAP qualified (Level 3) – Essential.
• Be proactive
• Good communication and listening skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Honest and trustworthy attitude
• Good mathematical and technical skills
• Loyalty and the want to do well
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage (higher salary bracket will be gained)
