A global organisation based near junction 27 of the M1 is looking to recruit a Finance and Operations Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Applicants need to have previous experience of managing a team and controlling operations of a business.
This role is a very hybrid role and is a cross over between finance team leader and Office Manager, the successful applicants will be responsible for managing the day to day function of the finance administrators alongside monitoring compliance and procurement procedures for the group.
• Management of 2 Finance Administrator
• Monitor staff adherence to company procedures
• Management of finance and procurement manuals
• Management of company intranet
• Completion of company finance reporting
• Main contact for events co-ordination
• Control archiving for finance
• Continuous review of process and procedures
