An exciting opportunity has arisen at New Recruits! We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator/Accounts Assistant to join our Banbury Team.
Based in the centre of Banbury, you will be joining a small vibrant team, dealing with the day-to-day payroll and accounts for New Recruits.
The chosen candidate must have:
• Previous experience of working within payroll (or a willing attitude to learn)
• Good interpersonal skills and be comfortable communicating to resolve issues
• Attention to detail
• Be able to work efficiently and to a high degree of accuracy
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven data entry and administrative skills
• Knowledge of Sage Accounts
Additional duties may include assisting the directors with day-to-day queries, being the main point of contact between the directors and internal/external clients, screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence accordingly.
You must have excellent organisational skills as you will be expected to file paperwork and follow up on pending matters with limited direction, along with responding to urgent requests and organising /assisting events for the business. To be able to work off your own initiative is a must, with the maturity to handle a range of situations and work to tight deadlines.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm - Salary depending on experience
