Concur & MPC Support Manager
Our client has an exciting opportunity for Concur & MPC Support Manager to join their team. This role is to manage the Concur and MPC applications for our client - Globally. Responsible for overall strategy and support for two large Global Applications – Concur for Expenses Globally and MPC for financial consolidation
As the Concur & MPC Support Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Experience in professional travel position or in a role with responsibility of travel and expense operations
Experience with Concur solution is a MUST
Experience with management of finance consolidation applications [e.g. Hyperion, MPC etc.]
Finance experience a PLUS
Experience being in an IT Support role
Strong finance functional knowledge
Understanding of Concur solution
Strong communication skills
A team player
Ability to work in a matrix environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Office applications
As the Concur & MPC Support Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
Concur
Manage the Concur application and own the overall Concur solution [processes, solution, configuration]
Be responsible for all associated processes and ensure the web and mobile platforms of Concur operate to employee satisfaction
Work with the BU Expense Admins across CMS, CCC, CAvS, Plc and CMSi to ensure all associated processes of employee on-boarding & training, data exchange with Concur, finance postings into legacy ERPs and employee reimbursements occur in a timely manner
Work with Concur on future upgrades and resolution of issues
Work closely with Travel Administrator on alignment and improvements to the overall Travel and Expense process
MPC / Finance Consolidation
Manage the MPC (finance consolidation) application and own the overall technical solution – strategy, sustainment and decommissioning
Support the businesses during finance closing (month end, quarter end and year-end)
Engage with Infor, vendor, where needed in resolution of issues
Lead/Participate in replacement of MPC solution
