Assistant Accountant (part time 20 hours) required by Bond Williams Accounting and Finance for our service based client based in Shoreham-by-Sea.
Reporting to the Finance Analyst, the Assistant Accountant role will have responsibility for purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, foreign currency, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments. You would also be required to make travel arrangements and manage contracts, payroll, expenses, annual and sick leave for contractors. Plus office administration, filing and dealing with incoming telephone queries.
You will have previous experience of Accounts to trial balance including foreign currency and be competent in MS Office. AAT qualified/Sage experience preferred but not essential.
The company is expanding so this is a newly created role and an excitng time to join this fast paced enviroment. The role is part time 20 hours a week, parking on site.
