Management Accountant

Change Recruitment are working with market leader based in Glasgow City Centre in recruiting a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join their established team on a permanent basis. Due to significant organic growth, the client is looking for an experienced Management Accountant who is ready to take on a new challenge within a fast paced environment.

The main duties for the role are:

· Weekly and monthly performance reporting for the business
· Producing detailed analysis to explain key variances and identify financial opportunities and potential risks
· Support the Senior Finance Manager with all key management financial reporting
· Production of Monthly Management Accounts, incorporating accruals and prepayments
· Developing and maintain relationships within the organisation, and suggest/implement process improvements within the finance team
· Assisting senior management with all budgets and forecasts

The successful candidate should ideally:

· Actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA
· Have worked in a similar role previously
· Have excellent attention to detail, aswell as fully competent in Microsoft Excel
· Have experienced of supervising a small finance team
