Our client are currently seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant to assist in the completion of statutory accounts, including the provision of information to external auditors. You will also participate in month-end financial processes, preparing journals and carrying out balance sheet reconciliations for all our client’s companies.

Additionally, you will ensure a high level of customer care is provided to both internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will be AAT/Part-qualified CCAB and have previous experience of working in a similar role. You will show a willingness to undertake further training, as required and ideally have knowledge of accounting standards, in particular, FRS102. Experience of VAT reporting is highly desirable. Progression is very much supported and as such, an attractive study package is on offer.
