IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!
I am working on an urgent vacancy for an Assistant Accountant with a well known company based in Loanhead initially on a 3 month FTC with a view to go permanent.
Reporting directly to the Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, forecasting, strategic planning and budget preparation. You will also be responsible for processing purchase and sales invoices, reconciling supplier accounts and producing weekly payment runs.
This hands-on and varied role requires an individual who thrives under pressure and can manage their time effectively. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of new processes and procedures while assisting with the training and development of junior team members.
