The Advisory Services business is a fast-growing division within EY, a dynamic group focusing on providing high value, independent and trusted advice to clients. Working in our Risk Advisory practice as a Manager, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a vast variety of clients in order to provide them with valuable advice regarding their business risks and process improvement opportunities. You will work within multi-disciplinary teams of different sizes and play a key role in ensuring high quality outputs and services to our clients.Besides delivering different risk-based advisory projects, you will take part in the business development of the practice. Job description Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Manage teams of Junior and Senior Consultants in order to deliver risk-based advisory projects related to process improvement, organizational development, management consulting, risk management and internal controls; contribute as an effective team member and take accountability for deliverables; proactively take part in the business development of the practice by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, by preparing business proposals and presentations as well as by organizing and participating in EYs client events; interact and maintain contact with all levels of management, including C suite of different clients. Core personal competencies Your core personal skills include but are not limited to the following Ability to lead teams, supervising and coaching junior team members, act as a role model; ability to plan, scope and manage large and complex projects with only limited supervision; an inner drive to meet deadlines while also delivering high quality outputs; an inner drive to continuously build and master key technical, functional and professional skills; being able to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team; being able to adapt to new situations and client needs swiftly; being able to establish personal credibility with clients; proactive, problem-solving, analytical and business-driven mindset; strategic and critical thinking; strong business development skills; flexibility, ability to cope with pressure and challenges; excellent writing and verbal presentation skills both in Hungarian and English. Required professional experience and background At least 5 years of relevant experience (in process improvement, organizational development, management consulting, risk management or internal controls); proven track record of managing risk-based consultancy projects in different sectors; proven track record of managing and coaching junior team members; experience in working at a Big4 company or a global / local consultancy firm or a blue-chip company; college or university degree in Economics; other professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIA) is an asset; excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
