The company work with primarily affluent clients from various professions including dental, teaching, legal and medical and provide a multi tied financial advisory service to the same. The Financial Consultants Role: This role covers a territory which is primarily the Blackburn area. The successful applicant will be required to travel working from a home office and servicing existing clients from a provided bank of approx 500-600 HNW professionals. They will also be required to proactively generate a percentage of their own business, penetrating the professional marketplace in which they are working. They will provide financial planning advice on pensions, investments, protection and mortgage products and develop long term client relationships with a view to generating additional new business in order to achieve or exceed set business targets. New business is generated mostly via seminars, group presentations and referral and the average case size is quite high.
The Financial Consultant Role Requirements: Ideally the successful applicant will be an existing financial adviser or IFA, used to working an existing client bank and generating some of their own business. You must be fully diploma qualified with a statement of professional standing, with no gap fill left to do and have at least three years experience in a similar role. The ideal applicant will also have some experience of working with HNW clients. Demonstrable sales performance is required, as is commitment to previous employers with no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years. Role Benefits:
• The rewards are excellent with a basic salary of £44,500 plus uncapped bonus scheme making earnings achievable in excess of £80k.
