Mortgage Adviser (Employed) - Home or Office Based - All Clients Provided (OTE £50K)

This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a well-respected, boutique mortgage brokerage based in Leeds.

Working either from the firm’s office in central Leeds, or from home, you will offer compliant mortgage and protection advice to clients who are typically connected to this company’s major estate agency partner. The majority of the business you conduct will be done over the telephone, although there will be some occasional face to face visits where required.

You will enjoy working for a professional and dynamic business that’s serious about what it does, but is also very serious about its Advisers maintaining a healthy work / life balance. As such, your working hours will typically be Mon - Friday (9am til 5pm) with very little evening or weekend working.

It is not essential that you bring your own clients as you will have access to a constant stream of enquiries.

You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with previous experience of writing mortgage and protection business. Whole of market experience would certainly be preferable, although my client will consider high calibre Advisers from restricted environments such as banks or building societies. As expected, you must be highly professional, with an excellent telephone manner and a genuine desire to write good levels of business.

If you do wish to work from home, you will be required to attend the firm’s head office in Leeds city centre circa 3 / 4 times a month.
