About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Finance Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Commercial Finance Manager lies within the UKI Business Unit. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of results will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within your new team

In brief, you will be responsible for;

• Business partnering for regional Marketing VP for strategic planning, marketing investment strategy and rerun analysis
• Business partnering for regional Foodservice VP for strategic planning, financial analysis performance management
• Lead for strategic plan process for the region
• Finance lead for the innovation process for the region
• Owning the regional pricing strategy and drive process to ensure compliance across the zone
• Supporting international customer negotiation strategy

Qualifications

Hard Skills

• MBA required

• Preferred Investment Banking/Consulting Experience, driving results through clear analysis
• Strong Analytical skills
• Strong Excel/Presentation Skills
• Proven experience in strategic thinking and planning is a must
• Stakeholder Management is key
• Experience working in both Developed and Developing Markets
• Ability to work in Multi-Cultural Markets
