Are you a deal maker who has a proven track record to winning new business deals?

As one of the leading pioneers within the property industry across the UK our group comprises two consumer facing brands who have experienced rapid growth on the principle of evolving to our customers’ needs.

The role of the Private Client Executive is to create a bespoke working relationship with property investor clients (over 50,000 across the UK) so as to enable their property journey. This will initiate an increased number of business transactions across all of the services offered by the group. Additionally, the Private Client Executive will win new clients via referral and marketing initiatives undertaken by the business.

You will be an ambitious self-starter who will also work closely with branch teams and who will be supported by centralised administrative resource. The ability to deliver high levels of personal service and to be entrepreneurial on behalf of our property investor clients is essential so that enduring and trusting relationships are developed. On a weekly basis, you will meet, face to face, with a minimum of five existing property investor clients to complete a fact find. You will then progress the relevant advice and actions, supported by the local team of divisional experts, so as to realise;

  • the acquisition of more residential properties by property investors
  • instructions to sell residential properties
  • financial services reviews & transactions
  • conveyancing instructions
  • instructions for building surveys
  • referrals to independent tax advisors
  • planning referrals

You will have an understanding of residential property investment, you will also have an understanding of commercial, specialist finance, estate agency, lettings, property management and current taxation rules though assessment based training will be provided in all areas.

To succeed, you’ll be able to manage your own time and be able to build connections with a broad spectrum of clients including high net worth. This position is full time 5 days per week.
