Do you have proven experience within Financial reporting? Lacking challenge in your current role and want to use your commercial skills to their full potential? Our client are looking for an Internal Reporting Analyst Team Leader to join their Head Office team in Blackburn.

The Internal Reporting Analyst Team Leader Role

The successful candidate will be required to lead a team of 6 full time employees in the internal retail reporting team to provide effective financial and non-financial insight to various audiences in the country operational team as well as group senior management team. Duties include:

• Providing solutions to the retail business reporting needs
• Convenience Retail scorecard (Opex, margin, performance, etc)
• Territory Manager reports
• Country scorecard (P&L, financial and non-financial)
• Yearly operational plans
• Service income - Car wash, Air Service, Food service, Promo reports
• Use of the Convenience Retail Analysis Tool
• Any other reports on Germany retail operations

The Ideal Internal Reporting Analyst Team Leader:

As a Reporting Analyst Team Leader, you will be a part qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA), with proven post qualification experience. You will possess a strong commercial awareness focusing on adding value. You will also have strong attention to detail and proven experience within a similar role. People management experience is essential for the role. SAP knowledge would also be beneficial.
