Job Title: ULR Claims Handler
Business Area: Claims

Type: Permanent / Full Time
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000

About The Company:
Our client is looking for an experienced ULR/Motor claims handler to join their expanding clams team, our client provides claims handling services to corporate public & private sectors clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will include processing claims from initial instructions through to recovery of losses.
Maintaining the internal claims and diary system is a must, therefore using a computer should not cause an issue.
Should be familiar with the motor claims process and demonstrate the ability to use resources (including the internet) to investigate claims thoroughly
A confident personality to handle incoming calls, make outgoing calls and to negotiate is essential.
Knowledge and experience of handling/defending personal injury claims is desirable, though not essential.
Skills and Experience:
Fleet/Motor claims experience necessary
Deal with both clients and insurers
Uninsured Loss Recovery experience essential, Third Party experience would be a bonus
Experienced motor claims handler
Excellent communication skills
