Payroll Clerk
Based: Bolton
Salary: circa £23k
My client is a fantastic company who have been established for over 50 years. The business has various regional offices around the UK, work with a number of high-profile customers and are a leader in their field.
They are now looking to appoint a Payroll clerk to join their team on a permanent basis, with excellent opportunities at the end due to company expansion and success
Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly payroll and assisting with monthly for around 200 staff
- Full control of weekly payrolls from start to finish - checking and inputting hours onto system
- Producing monthly reports for the directors
- Management of tax, National Insurance and P11D's - dealing with HMRC direct
- Reconciling accounts/statements
- Ensuring timesheet processing to payment duties are fulfilled monthly
The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to work towards tight deadlines and have the ability to plan and organise their workload.
You MUST have experience within Payroll, experience with P11D's is essential
