Description
The successful Credit Controller will report directly into the Credit Control Supervisor.
They will be responsible for, but not limited to; authorising sales orders, credit checking new accounts, setting credit limits, chasing outstanding payments via telephone, supervising members of staff, implementing new procedures when required, dealing with customer and client queries, providing a high quality level of service to business clients, letter and email, cash allocations, maintaining customer relationships, resolving queries, working closely with the internal queries team and other ad hoc duties when required.
Profile
Will have held a similar role previously and be either immediately available or on a 1 week notice period.
Job Offer
