HRBP

This HRBP will support a group of 80-100 employees across all functions of HR including recruitment ER, Organisational design, rewards and HR projects. This role will see you in engage in and support business strategy as well as create an employee value add initiatives within culture, recognition and leadership. You will coach people managers in their approach to employee relations and drive accountability for inclusion and fair treatment as well as bring an advocate for the same culture. This HRBP will consult and drive a strategic talent pool by proactively assisting the hiring managers in the recruitment process delivering on the same. You will ensure succession and performance needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong generalist or an existing HRBP to build upon their career by being a functional expert by creating and supporting processes that enable business growth.
