Commercial Financial Analyst

This is an exciting time to join our clients business in the role of Financial Analyst as they integrate a newly acquired business. This role will include financial expertise, guidance and the ability to influence the commercial teams to integrate Net Sales, EBITDA and Working Capital for the target business. The Integration Finance Analyst will be accountable for implementing the new commercial strategy within the sales and marketing teams. Success will be defined by demonstrating financial control and commercial knowledge that leads to a smooth integration of the target business. You will use management information to provide insight behind the newly acquired business' performance, guide future plans, lead Planning and Forecasting excellence, developing Financial Scenarios support optimal ROI choices on customer investments. You will be well versed in the demands of a commercial environment. Using your commercial acumen and analytical skills, you'll be a strong communicator with a very well developed set of influencing skills This role will suit a qualified accountant with circa 1-2 years post qual experience ideally within FMCG or Retail. You must be to apply intellect and judgement to influence cross-functional colleagues to act on financial recommendations in commercial decisions. And you will be able to work collaboratively with peers and deliver through team members This will be on a fixed term contract for 12 months and will ideally suit someone with a short notice period.
