If you are looking for a career in a rapidly growing business, we are now recruiting for a talented Finance Manager to join our Head Office team in Walsall.
You will be responsible for our Credit Control, Accounts and Purchase Ledger functions and will lead a team of 11 through three Supervisors. The role would suit a self-motivated and balanced individual who enjoy a challenge.
To be successful in this role you will be:
- An ACCA qualified or suitably experienced Finance Manager or Office Manager
- A strong team leader, with the ability to motivate and develop personnel
- An excellent communicator – dealing with customers, internal branch staff, sales teams and the Board of Directors
- Able to manage conflicting deadlines
- Proactive and positive with a can do attitude
The role requires a self-starter that can manage their own workload and prioritise tasks to suit business needs
