We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Atherstone
You will lead the FP&A agenda and influence and support business decisions by providing budgeting and forecasting services to give financial objectivity, challenge and insight across the Manufacturing UnitMain responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for the Financial Analyst team to ensure that they are engaged, focused, developed and delivering their potential.Lead the process for manufacturing units / business units P&L budget / quarterly forecasts in line with business strategy and targets in order to contribute to informed business decision making Identify, challenge and proactively satisfy internal customer requirements to build a service which enhances effective delivery of site performance.Continuously review existing business practices to identify and implement changes which deliver greater cost efficiency.Lead the process for identifying, prioritising and monitoring capital spend within the manufacturing / business unit.
Ideal candidate
The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with several years' post qualified experience.
You will demonstrate the ability to lead, influence and coach direct reports, as well as managing and influencing stakeholders, and providing commercial and operational decision support.
Experience as a finance manager / financial controller within a manufacturing environment, preferably food and a track record of variance analysis, cost control, costings and proven CI capability.You must be a Chartered Accountant with some management experience demonstrating good people skills and ability to convey technical financial terms to non-finance colleagues.
