Our client who is a leading lending and financier in the region is looking for an Administrator to work along side their sales team in their Norwich office. As the Sales Administrator you will be assisting with the back processes that need to be put in place for any agreed deals and ensuring that deals complete in a timely manner. This company has a great ethos in making this a fun, exciting and professional place to work. They need a team player, someone who can contribute to the team effort and someone that is keen to learn and stay involved.
You Will:
Email, call and write to clients who are instructing the business.
Produce financial documents and process these accordingly.
Update and audit CRM systems to ensure all data is uploaded correctly.
Assist with the proposal calculations and management.
The Candidate:
Will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages and how to use them effectively.
Must have the ability to utilise mental arrhythmic accurately.
Will preferably have some previous Admin experience.
Should be ambitious with a desire to progress and learn within a business.
Benefits:
Bonus offered through the year presenting an opportunity to obtain an additional £3,000/£4,000 per annum.

20 days holiday (+Bank Hols), raising to 22 days (+Bank Hols) after 2 years.
