Your new firm
A well established accountancy firm who provide compliance and advisory services to businesses and HNWI across England and Spain are looking to recruit a qualified accountant to join the firm. Based in Congleton, they are seeking an ambitious qualified Accountant to join their fast paced international business during an exciting time of expansion, with the view of progression to partnership over the next few years.

Your new role
As a Practice Accountant, you will be involved in producing full sets of statutory accounts for review and filing with HMRC and Companies House, presenting accounts to clients, and also reviewing the work of junior staff. You will work closely with one of the directors of the firm and over time will take on their portfolio and more staff management responsibility with the opportunity to progress to their position as they retire out of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are looking for an ACCA / ACA qualified accountant who has strong technical knowledge including an up to date understanding of UK Corporate and Personal Tax. You must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills as you will liaise with clients regularly and develop your own portfolio.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of between £30,000 - £35,000, dependent upon your previous experience, alongside a competitive benefits package including free parking on site.
