Reed Finance are working as an exclusive recruitment partner to a national business in Farborough. My client is seeking a Head Of Finance to join them on a Fied term basis for 6 months. The client will then look to appoint this person on a full time permanent basis, this is beacuse that organisation is seeking to appoint a new CEO which is why we are seeking this post on a Fixed Term basis.
My client is seeking the following skill set from the sucessful applicant;
1. The ability to work with the board of directors and non executive directors in strategic planning, analysis and Risk assements
2. Review and produce robust controls
3. Produce the annual accounts in line with SORP regulations and charities commissions returns
4. Limit the Tax liability
5. 3Work with the SMT to develop and drive the financial planning process.
