Accounts Payable Coordinator
Title– Accounts Payable Coordinator
Reports to: Controller
Based at: San Antonio, Texas
Ensure that all invoices entered properly approved by the appropriate Company manager.
?? Work with purchasing manager to investigate and resolve any bill discrepancies (ie: cost and receiving differences).
?? Review and process all expense reports
?? Enforce the Company travel and expense policy.
?? Prepare a weekly check run
?? Issues vendor checks.
?? Call on collections to assist with AR.
?? Answers vendor inquiries.
?? Obtain W9's from vendors so they are set up properly in the system.
?? Issue 1099's at the end of the year for vendors that apply.
?? Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
?? Become a backup for AR.
?? Make sure everything is posted and all issues resolved by month end.
?? Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Finance, business, or related field preferred
?? Minimum 3 years experience in a proven AP role preferred

This role will not have direct reports or supervisory responsibility
