Administrative Assistant/Accounts payable
I am looking for a person who is able to operate an office of a restaurant franchise. It is an office of 3 people including the candidate.
This must be able to perform all aspects of office administration. keeping a clean organized office. Maintain company store files, be able to review employee files ensuring compliance, following up with vendors and ensuring records are properly kept.
This person must also perform some account payable duties. It would help if they had knowledge of Sage Business Works and working with accounting schedules. They need to be able to reconcile the company bank accounts and able to work with Excel.
This person should have good telephone and computer skills.
The job starts at 9 am to 5 pm.
