iLECSYS Ltd are a leading system builder and distributor of electrical enclosures and electrical components and offer the value–added benefits of design, in–house machining, assembly and wiring. We also have our own metal punching, forming and welding facility. Our customers are typically involved in the following industries: Water & Waste Water, Automotive, Rail, Highways, Food processing, HVAC, Instrumentation etc.

We are currently looking for a part–time Accounts Payable Administrator to work 20 – 25 hours per week. These hours are flexible.

• Processing large volumes of supplier invoices, employee expenses and credit card expenses accurately and timely.
• Credit card and suppliers statement reconciliations
• Liasing with employees, management and suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
• Setting up payment runs for approval
• Maintenance of purchase ledger
• Various administration tasks such as filing
• Supporting ad hoc requests from Finance Manager
• Intercompany recharges

The ideal Candidate will be AAT level 2 or qualified by experience, have exposure of Accounts Payable process in a finance team
