Deine Aufgaben:* You will identify core financial drivers and risks, and develop robust business plans for international projects * You will support international projects for international rail operation and maintenance tenders regarding commercial aspects during all phases of the project (tender preparation, costing, tax implications, contract review, billing, file management, etc.) * You will analyse profitability during the proposal phase and contractual negotiations within your area of responsibility * You will prepare planning, monitoring and reporting schemes for projects, international entities and our whole business portfolio * You will prepare decisions of top–management * You will support the preparation and audit of annual and monthly accountsDein Profil:* You have completed a degree in business administration, finance, economics, or similar (Master's/diploma) * You have at least 2–4 years of experience in business planning including good understanding of cost and revenue drivers and risk management, ideally in (rail) tender projects as a project controller * You have strong analytical and conceptual competence * You are well versed in preparing decision materials, also for board level * You are familiar with the standard software and have good knowledge of Excel * You have social and intercultural competence * Fluent spoken and written English and German is a requirement * You must also be willing to take business trips abroad Your benefits: Interesting challenges: * fascinating projects and assignments at one of Germany's most multifaceted employers are asking for your skills and await your personal touch.
