The ideal candidate would have strong work ethic Valid EU work permit (full time) Experience in a similar position experience in craft beer, cocktails, food service, a distinct advantage Duties will include but not limited to Cash handling, Staff training, Orders and stock control, Customer and business development, Marketing, supervision of kitchen and front of house staff, haccp and employment law etc Excellent terms and conditions for a suitable candidate
