Financial Controller

As a leader in this business, you will be responsible for managing a complex and diverse number of entities in the UK and Ireland and driving growth from the ground. Your new role This is a newly created role within a transitioning functional management team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director your duties will cover the following areas: Management of the large finance team, including professional development, mentoring and review. Process improvement and control Reporting requirements including monthly accounts, financial packs, reconciliations and journals. Management and assessment of internal controls. Budget and forecast analysis and review. Cashflow analysis & forecasting Cost assessment and management Strategic planning Oversight of accounts payable What you'll need to succeed You must have a professional accounting qualification and a minimum if 5 years PQE. Manufacturing experience at management level with demonstrable experience in team leadership. Reporting and analysis skills must be outstanding and you must be comfortable reporting to and collaborating with senior management and board members. Clear and concise communication with both finance and non finance personnel is important.
