Management Accountant

We are partnering with a truly exciting global organisation in their search for a qualified accountant to join their team in a challenging and varied role. Reporting directly into the Finance Director you will join a lean team where you will get exposure to all aspects of the finance function. Duties include, but not limited to: Compiling P&L reports and liaise with budget holder with regards to variance analysis Supporting the month-end close process by producing detailed ad-hoc reports Working with the group function to ensure accurate revenue recognition Review journal entries in accordance with US GAAP standards Prepare the year-end statutory audit file for the UK entity and be main point of contact for external auditors Preparing management information packs Balance sheet reconciliation Manage end-to-end credit control function Production and analysis of aged-debt reports Performance review of junior members of staff including staff development, training and mentoring In order to be considered you must meet the following criteria: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Experience in a multi-national organisation (desirable) Experience with financial reporting to UK GAAP and US GAAP standards Highly proficient with MS Office (MS Excel) This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and challenging role in global organisation who pride themselves in having a fun, collaborative and relaxed working environment.
