Mixed Tax Manager, Cardiff

Our core client base consists of Accountancy Practices ranging from Big 4, Top 10 & Mid-Tier firms through to independent regional firms and sole traders.

This is a great opportunity to join an independent accountancy firm as a tax manager where you will have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of clients. The role will be varied and will involve overseeing the entire tax function, both corporate and personal.

This is hands on role with a small friendly practice, well located just off junction 32 near the city center but far enough out for parking not to be an issue.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manager portfolio of Companies, Partnerships, Sole traders and individuals dealing with tax compliance, correspondence, Tax Reviews and tax planning.
Calculation of tax liabilities and preparation of tax returns for partnerships, Sole traders and limited companies.
Negotiating with the Revenue and dealing with Revenue enquiries.
Tax planning for companies and individuals.
Providing tax advisory and consultancy service to a wide range of clients.
Providing advice and support on planning issues to clients, regularly maintaining contact with clients and third parties.
Dealing with Inland Revenue aspect and full CT enquiries.
