Corporate Tax Assistant Manager - Birmingham, UK

The Company
Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager for their office in Birmingham, UK. You must be qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CTA or equivalent.
The Role
##Lead client engagements on corporation tax planning and advice regarding transactions, mergers and acquisitions and international tax
##Develop business development initiatives to win new work and identify both opportunities to cross sell as well as new market opportunities for both national and multinational opportunities
##Use your ability to manage projects to liaise between offices to deliver our services to clients
##Successfully manage a team and assist in the planning and supervision of the tax compliance process
##Take an active role in developing staff
The Candidate
##Qualified ACCA/ ACA/ CTA or equivalent
##Experience of advising clients of UK and International Corporate Tax Issues
##Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills
##Experience of developing and managing client relationships
##Experience of Managing People
