Our client is a well-established Independent Financial Advisors with multiple offices within the region. Due to retirement, they are looking for an Office Manager / Paraplanner for their Scunthorpe office.

Working in a small office you could be managing two junior financial services administrators, training and developing them as well as making sure they adhere to the FCA regulations. You could also be making sure that a high level of customer service is adhered to at all times with the business clients as well as keeping the Financial Advisors on track with their workload.

You could also be allocating work on a daily basis, making sure that it is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Providing technical guidance to junior staff as well as supporting them on products and providers. You could also be required to attend meetings when needed.

That’s why we are looking for an Office Manager / Paraplanner who has previous experience in a similar position where they are able to work on their own initiative. Someone who understand compliance regulations within Financial Services as well as having excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, car parking is available along with a pension and various other benefits.
