Accountant
• Oswestry, Shropshire
• £30-35K
• Permanent, Full-Time
• Responsible for Multi-Site Operation
• CIMA Qualification Preferred
Our growing client in Oswestry is looking for a management accountant to assume responsibility for the day-to-day running of the accounts department. This role would suit a qualified accountant with experience managing a team.
Key Duties:
• Ensuring financial aspects of the business run efficiently.
• Producing monthly management accounts & reporting to the relevant parties.
• Assuming responsibility for the management of the accounts team.
• Liaising with senior management to prepare cash flows and P&L budgets.
• Assisting and advising relevant parties on the credit status of major and new customers.
• Overseeing accounts functions.
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience gained running an accounts department essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner.
• CIMA preferred.
• A strong communicator with a confident management style.
• Commercially astute and able to inspire a team.
• A customer focused team player.
• Adaptive and pro-active attitude towards situations.
