Boxtree Recruitment are working with an established and successful insurance broker who are urgently looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join their busy and dynamic team.
Reporting into the office manager of the business, you will inherit a book of commercial SME business to include;
-Property Owners
-Commercial SME (Liabilities, property, all risks, small to medium enterprise)
You will have the natural ability to retain existing clients and also assist the clients in obtaining new quotations that they request.
There are no sales targets, KPI’s or heavy sales. The business is looking for a technically capable individual to retain the existing book and service clients professionally.
Role Requirements
• Provide a comprehensive insurance service to existing commercial insurance client.
• Ensuring that you are securing the best terms for your clients at all times.
• Ensure that you deliver first class administration and documentation of policies and ensure client files are up to date
• Maintaining the allocation of renewal clients and ensuring their renewal
• Use of the internal client system ensuring it is kept up to date and compliant at all times.
• Understand the business, proactively support the business across marketing, sales, service, compliance and general processing within the business with other members of staff in team.
Desired Experience
• OpenGI knowledge
• Knowledge of working with corporate (larger) commercial clients would be favourable.
• Solid track record in renewing and servicing property owner’s insurance policies
